Hanalei Bay Villa #17

The view was ever so beautiful from both patios. I could have spent the whole day admiring the view and feeding the cardinals! Location was fabulous. Hotel 1, the snorkeling beach, and Hanalei Resort were within walking distance. Only we missed an AC in at least one room. The staff was very friendly. All in all, we had a dream vacation in paradise. Mahalo!!!!!

We really enjoy staying at the Hanalei Bay Villas when we are in Kauai because of the beautiful views and the privacy of having our own house. This villa #17 was very nice - clean, well-maintained, roomy, and comfortable. This is a small thing, but I really appreciated the big stack of towels in the closet! It is an easy location because you are very close to Hanalei Bay and also to the shopping in Princeville. We were visiting a active grandson and there is a great playground and plenty of open space in Princeville. The hosts were very helpful as well.

This was our third stay at Villa #17. We have stayed in Princeville for many years, but this will always be our first choice. The location is amazing with mountain views and of Hanalei Bay. The villa is even better than the pictures. We also have had the pleasure of working with Na Pali Properties...they make sure that everything is taken care of. When is Hanalei, be sure to stop in to say Aloha to them.

This is a great place for families.

Perfect spot for our family... Loved all the animal life too, from the state bird the NeNe to the giant African snail! Great time... And nearby North Shore general store has yummy food!

We had such a great stay! Great snorkeling just a short walk away at Hideaway Beach and this place has every amenity you could need for your stay. Definitely recommend!

Stayed here with my 4 adult children and we had the most incredible week. House is convenient to great places to see on north shore. Was clean, well stocked with kitchen items, beach chairs, snorkeling gear, and towels. The view from balconies is beyond explanation. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

We absolutely loved it here for our Honeymoon. The space was spacious, in a great location, had all the amenities & supplies we needed and had the absolute best views! Looking forward to coming back already!

We loved our stay at Hanalei Bay Villa #17. Well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, stunning views and we could walk to the beach. Communication with the host was easy, you guys were very responsive, even to idiotic questions like...where's the broom?..

The place was clean and we very much appreciated the beach and snorkeling gear. Made everything simple. One addition that would be helpful is a full length mirror, lots of places it could be put, such as the back of the door in the closet in the en-suite bedroom. Also, kitchen could use a salad spinner, it's the Garden Isle after all. Loved the place! Can't wait to return!

Great location to Hanalei Bay and Northshore. Rental had beach boards and Umbrella. Kitchen was well stocked.
Ideal for family of five. We kept our shoes outside so that no sand came into house. We also used Dishwasher and the Washer/Dryer.

This was a dream to stay in! It was big for our family if 5 and had everything you could ever even need. Na Pali properties is a breeze to rent from. They made it so easy to check in and were accommodating when our flight was delayed. Thanks so much for letting us make memories in your villa for Christmas!! We hope to stay again. BTW where the condo is located is a very safe and upper scale neighborhood.

This rental was perfect. Loved the location and ease of getting to the beach and other locations. Peaceful and the views were hands down amazing.

The property had everything we needed to make our stay easy and comfortable. It was stocked with all kinds of useful things in the kitchen, bathrooms and beach closet. We will definitely stay here again and will encourage all of our friends to stay as well. And the views did not disappoint. Amazing.

We had a great time during our stay at Hanalei Bay Villa #17 through Na Pali Properties. The property was in a wonderful location, close to many great beaches, and very close to the Hanalei area of Kauai. The villa was clean, in perfect condition, and had everything we needed included beach gear, snorkels, coolers, and beach towels. We were able to chat with customer service quickly through our entire booking process and stay. We will definitely be returning to Villa 17 or a similar one; and highly recommend Na Pali Properties!

We stayed here for the week and it was beautiful. Well stocked and the view is breathtaking.. The toilet messed up and they were there that day to fix it .. we love this area. Do yourself a favor and stay here . Mahalo

Clean and spacious property, a short distance from a beach. The nearby Hideaways beach is excellent, but make sure you're in a decent shape if you want to go down there often. The path is very steep. Hotel beach is also nearby and is more approachable, but is shallow, would not recommend. We went to the Hideaways beach almost every day though.

A great view of sunset is just a short walk away. Mountains are right outside the window. Balcony gets windy, but this also allows the wind to cool the house down. We never felt like we're overheating.

Overall we enjoyed our stay a lot.

The villa was clean and well stocked when we arrived. The views of the mountains are gorgeous and can be seen from numerous locations within the villa. I loved having the windows open and noise was never an issue. We stayed on the north part of the island for the first part of our trip and iy Hanalei Bay Villas was a great, centralized location. Sunset views and beaches are only a few minutes walk. I would highly recommend and would stay again if returned to Kauai.

It is hard to imagine finding a better place to stay then Hanalei Bay Villa #17! It was a short walk to the beach, and the view from the balcony is *exactly* as shown in the picture.

What more can I say than my wife and I booked the same week for next year before we left on the current trip . The house in my opinion is in one of the most beautiful and convenient locations on the island . The house didn’t disappoint in any way . It is exactly a# pictured and described ....but honestly , pics don’t do the view from the lanai justice . Everything that one could want is already there . It’s quite evident of the pride the owners take in their home . Jane from Na Palli Properties was amazing .Thanks for a wonderful week and can’t wait to be back next year !

We had a really nice time having family time with husband and two kids. The North Shore is just so beautiful. We had some nice weather but even when it was raining, we didn’t mind so much. The house was just perfect size for us and we made use of the kitchen making breakfasts and Christmas dinner.

The only complaint I have is that the exact description of the property is misleading. I was expecting a view of the Hanalei River , instead it was just a view of the golf course pond. There’s a small glimpse of the ocean as well and there really isn’t a close access to a swimming beach. On the description, it mentions about a swimming beach at St Regis 1/4 mile away. First, St Regis is under construction , it’s more than a quarter mile away to the actual beach and get ready to climb some steep stairs.

My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our 70th birthdays. The location was great and we enjoyed the quiet surroundings. The kitchen was well stocked as we usually ate in enjoying the view from the balcony. The bed was comfortable and everything was in working order. It was a short drive to Hanalei Bay where my husband surfed. We enjoyed evening walks to the beach at the end of the street.

Hanalei Bay Villas #17 was a wonderful condo and we enjoyed everything about the place. It's location was perfect - on the best part of the island, within easy walking distance to the beach, and with a lovely view of the mountains and bay.

The home was perfect for our needs - the beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, the living area was nice sized, and the lanai was large enough for the four of us.

In short, everything about our stay was great and we'd definitely stay here again!

Everything was wonderful!

This stand alone villa offers more privacy than condos and hotels. It is super clean and the kitchen up to date. It had everything we needed, plus a nice view of the golf course, and peekaboo view of the bay.

The condo was in a good location, clean and very roomy. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Kauai. The Villa was beautifully decorated and had the most sensational views of the golf course. Across the street, the roar of the ocean and the phenomenal views of the sea were an added bonus. Loved snorkeling, golfing, and swimming which were all within walking distance.

Five friends stayed in this house and it was perfect. The common area was large and comfortable enough for everyone. The view of the ocean and mountains from the balcony is breathtaking. The rooms were comfortable to fit everyone. There were plenty of towels and extra sheets too. The beach items were plenty but some of them were either rusted or broken.
Management was fast in responding when there was questions.

The only thing that was a little unfortunate is the cutting board and knives are either broken or dull. It made cooking a little bit tougher but didn't prohibit it from occuring.

We’ve stayed at several units at HBV and #17 is our favorite. Its gorgeous mountain vista, with a peek at the Hanalei Bay are stunning. As someone else mentioned, this unit is well stocked with condiments so you might want to check the pantry and fridge before shopping.

Living room cushion covers were replaced with a pleasant beachy fabric. The weather was quite hot and muggy during our stay so we were grateful for the many fans around the house. Beach towels and a hairdryer are provided so no need to pack those extra items.

We felt right at home and would stay here again in a nanosecond. Mahalo to the owners and to Na Pali Properties for making the booking process so easy.

We love the garden island. We have been here many times and always enjoy our stay. It is the beauty of the environment and the friendliness of the locals that make really make it special to us.
