Hanalei Bay Villas #22 with bedroom AC

This villa was well stocked and a great place to stay! Plenty of from for 4 people. The house was well stocked, very clean, and had beautiful mountain views from the balcony.

I would highly recommend Na Pali Properties if your looking for a rental property on the North Shore. The property was exactly as described and the team was extremely professional to work with. I look forward to working with them again next year.

We loved it so much we returned. The house is just great. The AC, helpful. We don't sweat the small stuff like the two encounters with the horrid Hawaiian style cockroach. It happens., move on. The golfers are always entertaining.

Had an amazing time staying in Villa 22! Amazing views of the golf course with a sneak view on Hanalei Bay and the Mountains. Great location near Queens Bath and Hideaway Beach. Great communication with host. Villa has everything you need and super clean.

Our stay at the Hanalei Bay Villas was exceptional. The property was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed: beach towels & chairs, kitchen equipment, good quality bath supplies, etc. The view of the mountains and golf course were beautiful. The location was great, with very nice walking paths nearby and close to shopping and beaches. The rental folks were very responsive and easy to communicate with. A great base camp for Northshore of Kauai adventures.

Beautiful location, wonderful to have a private space with incredible views of lush green and mountains. The condo had everything we needed to cook and relax, and the beach items to be all set for the beach. Easy entry, good instructions for the unit. The location is our favorite to walk to the beach for swimming or sunset. Walk 3 minutes to 1 Hanalei Hotel for sunset drinks on the terrace

The condo was very clean and stocked perfectly. We didn’t find that there was anything we needed that the condo didn’t have. The AC in the bedrooms is great for sleeping if needed. The tradewinds that blow through the top floor feel so nice. The view from the decks blew our minds, we loved watching the golfers and searching for waterfalls on the mountains. The parking spot is great, easy to find and close to condo. We have traveled to Kauai every year for almost 30 years and this was by far our favorite condo/location.

Lots of restaurant options so close and walkable. We enjoyed hideaway pizza, hanalei bay resort bar (happy talk),tiki iniki and foodland (for ready made food and groceries).

The management was super responsive and helpful.

This villa looks to be renovated/updated. Just beautiful. High ceilings upstairs with open concept. One can lay on the couch and have magnificent views of the golf course and mountains. It’s set back from the road and is not attached to another villa. Has a small yard around it with trees and bushes. Lots of natural light with windows everywhere. Zero complaints. For restaurants I recommend driving 10 minutes to Hanalei. Tahiti Nui is delicious and affordable. For breakfast, there’s a food truck in Princeville called Saenz Ohana. Get the half order of Eggs Benedict for $12.

My sister and I were blessed to have stayed here for a week at the beginning of November. The condo was spotless and had everything we needed, and then some. The beds were super-comfortable and the bedrooms were roomy and bright. The two lanais with their amazing views were much appreciated. The location was perfect; right between Hanalei and Anini beaches. The entire Princeville resort area is just beautiful. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, hopefully soon!

It was an unforgettable week in paradise. The house is beautiful. Quiet bedroom and incredible views of the golf course and mountains. We hiked 15 miles along the Napili coast and swam with turtles at a nearby beach. BBQ on the terrace and complete privacy. This is the best vacation. Thanks a lot. We got more than we expected.

Quick walk to sunset viewing across the street, super pleasant lanai to watch the mountains, golfers, gorgeous red cardinals- my happy place. High ceilings, great layout, wonderful vibe. Walk all over Princeville from there. Absolutely fantastic.

We stayed in this rental for a month and enjoyed every day of it. It’s such a beautiful condo and the location is absolute perfection!

Couldn't be happier with Hanalie Bay Villas #22. The condo is clean, spacious, private, and modern; and the views from both decks (yes, two) are absolutely stunning. Even better, two of the best beaches in Kauai are just a short walk away. Others walk miles or wait to park for hours (literally), but we could just put on some flipflops and stroll to them from great swimming, snorkeling, sunbathing, etc. The surrounding area -- Princeville and Hanalei Bay -- has a lot to offer in terms of restaurants, shopping, and other attractions. I wouldn't stay anywhere is on the island!

Villa 22 was a lovely experience and our second time renting thru Na Pali properties. The Villa was super clean, well stocked and exactly as pictured.
Unit 22 has beautiful golf course views, with surrounding lush landscape. Hali, from Na Pali properties was super accommodating and responsive. We would not hesitate to return.

The place was perfect for what we were looking for. Amazing view from the patio and very easy check in and check out. great location close to everything. All of our questions were answered fast as could be. Highly recommend this place.

Hanalei Bay Villa #22 was delightful. It was clean, well equipped, spacious and had gorgeous views of the distant mountains. While we are not golfers, we enjoyed watching the efforts of golfers from our lanai, on the Makai Golf course. Pu'u Poa beach is a 10 minute walk. The public access to this beach is a paved path and stairs alongside The 1 Hotel that is steep but was easy to manage. Hanalei and Hanalei Bay beaches are a convenient 10 minute drive away.

We loved, loved, loved this place!! Everything from the moment we booked was flawless! The view.. The view!!! MAGICAL!!! This place was by far the best home away from home ever! Check in was a breeze, everything was spotless, the beds were dreamy, plenty of room for four adults.. And..We couldn’t have asked for a better location! We will return!

Very comfortable accommodation with an exceptional view. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances, cookware and utensils to prepare meals. Absolutely everything we needed to enjoy our stay!!

Everything was fine! Except for that we arrived after dark and the house was very stuffy. Found fans in downstairs closets. Took quite awhile to semi air out. Understand because of the rain on the north side and Hanalei area that louvers need to be semi closed. All good! Though it would have been nice to have had someone open up the windows a bit. And a light left on. Mahalo

I can’t imagine a better place to stay in Kauai. The house is situated on the golf course overlooking the Bali mountains and our time with our feet up on the lanai was well spent. The house was very clean, well laid out, with a beautiful kitchen. The cross breezes coming through the windows were far better than any air conditioning. We didn’t even need to use the air conditioning in the bedroom. For us, the best thing was the beach was walking distance for a lovely daily morning swim. Magnificent ocean sunsets were just across the street! I won’t hesitate to recommend this gem!

We had a wonderful time at this lovely villa in Kauai! The view is absolutely gorgeous and the home was roomy and delightful! It was well equipped with everything you need for an extended stay. Having air conditioning at night in the bedroom was really helpful as well. We would definitely stay here again!

I loved my stay at this Villa! It was wonderful waking up to the mountains every morning with a little view of Hanalei Bay, too! Quiet, peaceful area! The house is very clean and well stocked. The outdoor areas were amazing and fun to watch golfers. We also enjoyed walking across the street to watch the sunset in the evenings.

Fantastic rental. Great location, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for our stay on Kaua'i! A lot of time spent enjoying the spectacular views on the upstairs balcony with a mix of sunshine, rain, & wind. We'll be back!

This condo was in a beautiful location. It was very quiet and offered the most gorgeous, open view of the golf course, mountains, and even a bit of Hanalei Bay. The unit was exactly as shown by the pictures …. spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. There were many books and DVDs on hand. There is a storage bin outside that contains beach umbrellas, beach chairs, and boogie boards. There is also a hose outside to spray off sand from trips to the beach. My only suggestion is to include a metal/pizza pan in the kitchen. Otherwise, the kitchen has everything you need. Overall, this was a very enjoyable place to stay!

We do these kinds of vacation rentals throughout the world and I must say this rental is one of the best we have encountered. What we often find in many rentals is that it has been rented for so long that the property owners forget or don't care about the condition of their rental property. With this unit, all furnishings, beddings, towels, kitchen items are new and of good quality. That makes such a difference - it is like visiting a friend's home. The photos actually matched reality. Not to mention the phenomenal views from the living/deck and bedrooms. Rainbows, birds singing - what else could one wish for? The location is fabulous, right across from HideAway beach (not suitable for elders and very young children). Besides the fully stocked kitchen, beach towels, beach chairs, and umbrellas are provided. The property management company is top-notch. We couldn't find the beach chairs, someone called us back to tell us where it is stored (bin by the side of the deck) and if we couldn't find it they would send someone to purchase a new set. We had no complaints - beds are comfortable, AC works well, updated kitchen, peaceful neighborhood, washer & dryer - everything was great. The view from the balconies is stunning and we loved sitting out there with our morning coffee, listening to all the birds! There were beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and snorkeling gear for us to use which was really nice. Great location for visiting Hanalei and the beaches north of Hanalei. Would absolutely stay here again!!
